MY STORY

Motherhood Is Not Meant to Be Walked Alone

I’m a Catholic mom of two. Both unmedicated births, one in a hospital, one at a birth center. I know what it feels like to prepare for something so unknown, and I created Sacred Birth Way so no mother has to do that preparing overwhelmed or alone.

You are not behind. You are not doing this wrong. You are not alone.

I wanted to build something different. A place where preparing for labor, birth, postpartum, and motherhood didn’t feel like one more overwhelming thing to figure out. Somewhere practical guidance and faith could sit together, instead of you having to choose one or the other.

Part of that is helping you navigate this season in your marriage too. Your husband has a role to step into, and he needs support and nurturing so he can show up for you the way you actually need, not guess at it.

As Catholics, this is our vocation. Learning to surrender and trust God during this process isn’t separate from preparing, it’s part of it.

When we’re intentional about that preparation, we’re not just things being done to us. We become part of the process. And when we’re intentional, God can be part of it too.
