For You and Your Husband
This Is a Vocation You Prepare For Together
Marriage doesn’t pause for birth and postpartum, it’s tested and deepened by it. Part of our work together includes guided conversations to help you and your husband prepare as a team: what you each need during labor, how he can show up for you in the moments you can’t plan for, and how you’ll support each other through the exhaustion and adjustment of the fourth trimester.
- Guided conversation prompts to talk through labor roles and expectations before the day arrives
- Postpartum planning: dividing responsibilities, recognizing when each of you needs support
- Space for your husband to ask his own questions, not just observe yours
Why Preparation Matters
Research on childbirth education consistently shows real, measurable benefits. Women who prepare for birth are less likely to need labor induction, tend to use less pain medication during labor, and have higher rates of vaginal delivery. Preparation doesn’t guarantee a specific outcome, but it does give you tools, confidence, and a voice in decisions that matter.
Based on findings from multiple peer-reviewed studies on childbirth education outcomes.

Common Questions
The Heart of Sacred Birth Way
My vocation, first and always, is my marriage and my motherhood. But living that vocation well has taught me how much noise there is for an expectant mother to sort through: endless advice, conflicting opinions, and so much pressure to figure it all out alone, while still trying to stay rooted in our Catholic faith.
I started Sacred Birth Way because I wanted to walk with other women through that noise. I don’t have all the answers, but I can offer what I’ve learned, walk beside you with patience, and help you find clarity and peace as you prepare. It would be an honor to walk this season with you.
