Catholic Pregnancy, Birth, & Postpartum Workshops

Faith centered preparation for mothers and families seeking peace, clarity, and confidence.

Pregnancy is a season filled with anticipation, questions, and deep emotion.

Many mothers want to prepare well without becoming overwhelmed. They want trustworthy guidance that respects their faith and acknowledges the sacredness of birth and motherhood.

These Catholic pregnancy and postpartum workshops were created to offer clarity, reassurance, and direction during this important season.

They provide support that is both practical and prayerful.

These workshops are offered in flexible formats to meet families where they are.

Available formats include:

  • one on one sessions

  • live virtual workshops

  • prerecorded trainings

Each workshop includes guided worksheets and reflection materials to help you follow along, take notes, and return to the content as needed.

Partner participation is welcomed but not required. Summary materials are provided so mothers can easily share what they learn at home.
